"Healing Through Movement"
Discover ways to listen to and connect with your body while making creative choices and building self-esteem in a safe environment. This 4-week course provides the tools that allow you to relate life experiences in your physical and emotional self and ultimately learn to love the body you live in. Throughout the course, participants will feel more autonomous over their movement and begin the journey of thriving within their authentic self, resulting in greater love and appreciation for yourself and your body.
